• 06:58 left early today to pickup my vanpool mate w/ Timmy, 4 mtgs today. 1st one starts at 8am sharp.

• 07:48 got to work, listened to Keller's Joseph pt.3 for my vanpool mate's benefit, but got a lot out of it myself. The snow+frost concept is great
• 08:34 is between mtgs, ordering materials for Midwest VAY Gathering's Youth Leadership training track using VPN thru a public public terminal
• 09:14 learn s "command system" from a 30 years veteran cop in the Emergency "table top" Training today. Desperate situations put democracy on hold.
• 09:19 learns crisis mgt: 1 comm 2 centralize 3 stay 4 evaluate 5 prioritize 6 delegate 7 loop to #4 "Calm breeds calm" (applicable to church too)
• 09:34 learns the rule of prioritize: demands exceed resources, & you can't save them all. Note: during crisis, false info will breeds quickly.
• 09:39 learns interesting technique: nearest witness to an incident could be the commander until relief by authority, since facts trump confusions.
• 09:43 learns that in the midst of false info during crisis, just do the best you can w/ the info you have, then change accordingly to da situation
• 09:48 muses on delegation: without a common objective among the group, it's just "calling on favors". This is why vision fuels mobilizat ion.

• 16:37 is at Timmy's Anaheim Hills vBall class: 16 kids w/ 4 Ok coaches @ $$. (Compare to Riptides vBall club: 12 kids w/ 2 top coaches $$$$)
• 19:19 is heading home, missing dinner as my mom coming over our house for a visit :( but I don't do that very often. Atleast mom sleeps here 2nite
