• 12:25 has an emergency we have waterleaks in 1000 BDF & 1209 BDF: network and VoIP phones are down in those bldgs. M&O is on sites. No ETA yet.
• 13:19 forsook Timmy's dentist appointment 2 deal with the waterleak in the network wiring closets. Any1 w/ idea for quick recovery, let me know
• 14:48 got all the leaks at assessed. 1209 is dead, 1000 is limping along. Water's on the floor in 840 and 2100 BDFs. That's enough for today Ihope
• 16:46 Has bigger emergency: now the whole campus is down. I am coming back to work

• 18:28 checking out VoIP in 200 don't register to the CM there at all
• 18:47 dispatch a physical server down on 200 inorder to get DHCP up an running so that at least VoIP phones would work on the main campus
• 19:11 heard Hai talked to Bill that when CAT1 bootup, CPU will be very high & the software forced crash, even w/ all fibers removed.
• 19:14 both CATs has high CPU, ping from 200 to NOC has hight % drop. Hai will bring down 500, 800, 200 dist switch to restart CAT2&CAT1
• 19:19 TP is arriving at the NOC
• 19:25 we are still in 200, get VoIP phones back up in bldg 200 after we reboot the Dist SW in 200
• 19:51 TP is trying to bring CAT1 up. We saw no light in the middle Dist. SW in 500: power recycled it
• 19:58 Recyling power the top SW too. Now everything blinks as usual.
• 20:02 check www.fullcoll.edu and it's up
• 20:11 heard HN talking to TP to restart CAT1 but he also see more flaps, so I am going back to 500 to check. MC is working on Hercules.
• 20:14 looks like everything is backup, heading back to the office to debrief the boss.
